Join us for a Tu B’shvat celebration with an exciting cooking show with world renown cook Simona El-harar!

Simona will share with us her best tips for a healthy and delicious cooking, and then will show us how the prepare “stuffed figures stew” and will guide us in making a “fruity bulgur salad” with fresh herbs and grains.

In the Jewish calendar, the 15th of Shevat  marks the beginning of a “new year” for trees. Commonly known as Tu B’shvat, this day marks the season in which the earliest-blooming trees in the Land of Israel emerge from their winter sleep and begin a new fruit-bearing cycle.

We mark this festival by eating fruits, planting trees, but also by taking this opportunity to think of our relationship with mother nature and our way to care for it.
